dough 1 1/2 lb (it makes 2 large pizzas)
mozzarella (whole milk Polly-O) 1 lb (1 pkg)
blended tomato sauce (whole tomatoes CENTO) 1 small can
x-vergin olive oil 2 Tbs
basil or oregano
sea salt
take out the dough from the fridge at least 1/2 an hour before (keep it covered till ready to use it)
flatten the dough (use a roller and sprinkle generously flour on the counter), transfer to the oven pan, make the edges all around.
Add the tomato sauce, the chopped mozzarella (I recommend the whole milk Polly-o), sprinkle some coarse Kosher salt, add basil leaves or oregano, a drizzle of olive oil. Oven at 425/450 for 10/15 minutes (it depends on dough thickness)
