Directions

crumble the cookies (you can smash them in a ziploc bag), and cut the pears (slices or small cubes)
grease the inside of a 24 cm spring form, mix the 2 flours with the baking powder and the cinnamon,
add the eggs, one by one, to the batter, keep mixing until the eggs are completely absorbed, then add the flours with the baking powder and mix with a spatula or wooden spoon. The batter is ready, we can now start making the cake layers
Spread half batter on the bottom of the form, add the chopped chocolate, then the pears, then half amaretti,
then delicately spread the rest of the batter without dragging the crumbled cookies, and lastly add the rest of the cookies on the top
We are ready to bake it in a hot oven at 170 ° C for about 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and let completely cool before sprinkling the top with powdered sugar
