Here’s a 3-minute recipe that you can easily make at home… you just need a blender 🙂

carrot 1 big or 2 regular
ginger 1/2 inch or more (to taste)
opt. white or red onion a tiny piece (1/2 inch)
sushi vinegar 2 tbs.
lemon juice 1 tbs.
sesame oil 2-4 tbs.
(or sesame seeds + olive oil) 1 tbs seeds + 3-5 tbs olive oil
water to taste
roughly chop ginger carrot and onion
in a blender mix all ingredients together and let the blender work till the sauce becomes more yellow (less orange) and liquifies completely. Add some water if too thick.
keep it refrigerated and consume within a couple of weeks
