Grilled Salmon with Ginger and Thyme

Ingredients
salmon filet or steak 1 lb
ginger
thyme,rosemary
lemon juice
opt. chopped scallion
sesame seeds
sea salt and black pepper
Directions
place the salmon filet or steak on a cold skillet. Sprinkle with salt.
cover with aluminum foil and place a heavy lid on it and prepare a dish with the herbs and the juice
cook on med/high for 5 minutes on one side, remove the lid,remove the foil, flip the salmon, cook the other side for 5/7 minutes after placing aluminum foil and lid.
Dress it with grated ginger,thyme, black pepper and lemon juice. Add some chopped scallion (last pic) if you like. Serve it with some brown rice on the side and your favorite vegetables to make a complete meal.
