Torta “La Dolorosa”. Soft and orangey flavored pie.🍊 Made with olive oil and raisin it’s dairy free and absolutely irresistible.

INGREDIENTS
350 g flour
16 g baking powder (1 bustina)
200 g sugar
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 big orange blended
160 g XVOO – olio oliva extra v.
100 g white wine or brandy
60 g water
TOPPING
60 g raisin
2 Tbs sugar
Cut orange in small pieces and finely blend.
In a bowl mix and sift flour and baking powder.
Grease and flour baking pan. Set oven at 375°.
In another large bowl whip 200g sugar, pinch of salt
and 3 whole eggs until foamy. Add wine, blended
orange, olive oil and water. Mix well. Slowly
add flour mixed with the baking powder.
Pour batter into the baking pan.Add raisin
on the top of the batter. Push them slightly
down, sprinkle with 2 Tbs sugar.
Bake at 375° for about 40’/45′.
