Sauteéd Green Beans with Sesame Seeds Garlic and Paprika

Boil or steam your green beans, pass them into a large pan with olive oil, a clove of garlic, sesame seeds and paprika. A simple but successful alternative recipe.photos coco zordan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb string beans

  • 2 Tbs sesame seeds

  • paprika (peperoncino) to taste

  • 1 or 2 cloves of garlic

  • seas salt

  • XV olive oil

Directions

Preparing the beans: Wash fresh green beans thoroughly in clear, cool water. Lift beans from the wash water and leave garden debris behind. Rinse again. Break off the end (the top and tail) as you wash them.

Cooking: Steam or boil the green beans till tender.

In a pan flavor 2-3 Tbs XV Olive Oil with 1 clove or garlic. Add cooked green beans, sesame seeds and paprika. Sautee’ over medium/high for 5/8 minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot.
