It takes a few minutes to prepare this delicious, moist, perfect apple cake. The secret? very little flour and lots of apples! Stick with me : )
Ingredients
g. 120 unbleached flour
4 big apples green or yellow
g. 100 softened butter
g. 100 lukewarm milk
g. 80 sugar
g. 10 baking powder
vanille extract
lemon zest and lemon juice of 1 lemon
1 egg
1 pinch salt
Directions
- Butter the bottom of your baking pan and cover with parchment paper.
- Measure and weigh all ingredients. In a large bowl add dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add extract, lemon zest and slightly scrambled eggs.
- In another large bowl slice apples, add raisin and lemon juice. Mix well. Lemon juice prevents apples to oxidate.
- Add apples and raisin to the batter. Mix. Add to the baking pan
- Bake at 375 F. for about 60 minutes.
